Injectables

Injectable hormone therapy primarily is used in men. But some women prefer this method. It is one of the more expensive options, with some treatments running several thousand dollars per year and requiring frequent trips to the doctor. 

Injectable hormone replacement therapy costs between $288-$1,440 for an insured person and $480-$4,800 for an uninsured person. It requires anywhere between 52-156 injections per year.

Pellets

Pellet therapy is a cash-based procedure since it is not typically covered by health insurance. You will most likely be responsible for the entire cost of treatment. However, you may be surprised to hear that you could pay less or close to the same for pellet therapy as other treatments, and there are other benefits of this treatment as well.

Creams/Patches/Gels
